With a core team of 8 employees as well as a network of independent consultants and cooperation partners, we offer consulting services for companies in various industries. At our locations in Shanghai and Guangzhou, 12 employees are currently working for Chinese and European companies in China. We have specialized in the consulting areas of logistics and in particular in the implementation including simulation and process optimization. Thanks to this specialization and the many years of experience of our employees, we have built up a detailed and cross-sector know-how.
